About the role

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Governance, Finance and Legal function
  • Prepare, review and coordinate Board and Committee packs
  • Maintain statutory registers and company records
  • Support implementation of governance frameworks, committees, and policies in line with Companies Act and King V principles
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, set reminders, and coordinate logistics for governance activities across Miway

Requirements

  • Bcom Law or Bachelor of Law
  • Admitted Attorney advantageous
  • Qualification in Governance advantageous
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in legal, governance and company secretary environment
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Companies Act, King V)
