About the role

  • Achieve monthly and annual production targets
  • Convert sales leads
  • Drive production through the implementation of campaigns
  • Render ongoing technical advice and support to Financial Advisors
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to reach production targets
  • Source for business opportunities in advisor’s practice
  • Manage and support leads and campaigns
  • Assist and liaise with new business and underwriting to facilitate the issuing of business
  • Process replacements and quotations
  • Assist with comparative competitor quotes
  • Ensure compliance tools are understood and utilized by Financial Advisors
  • Support projects and focus activities that seek to drive production

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Financial Services sales environment
  • Must have a Wealth Management 1, 2 or 3 or equivalent
  • An industry related qualification would be advantageous
  • Regulatory Exam would be advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of agency distribution model and supporting processing requirements would be advantageous
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Own reliable motor vehicle
  • MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP); Outlook; SanFin; AUTONUB
