About the role
- Achieve monthly and annual production targets
- Convert sales leads
- Drive production through the implementation of campaigns
- Render ongoing technical advice and support to Financial Advisors
- Partner with Financial Advisors to reach production targets
- Source for business opportunities in advisor’s practice
- Manage and support leads and campaigns
- Assist and liaise with new business and underwriting to facilitate the issuing of business
- Process replacements and quotations
- Assist with comparative competitor quotes
- Ensure compliance tools are understood and utilized by Financial Advisors
- Support projects and focus activities that seek to drive production
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Financial Services sales environment
- Must have a Wealth Management 1, 2 or 3 or equivalent
- An industry related qualification would be advantageous
- Regulatory Exam would be advantageous
- Thorough understanding of agency distribution model and supporting processing requirements would be advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable motor vehicle
- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP); Outlook; SanFin; AUTONUB
