Content Marketing Manager

• Lead an editorial and content plan for SanityDesk.
• Create a variety of content media including articles, videos, ebooks, and presentations, with freelancers (optionally done by yourself) to reach the right audiences and drive brand awareness, lead generation, sales, customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and education to distribute content that's valuable to our audiences and keeps them coming back to SanityDesk for more.
• Work closely with 3rd party content partners to accelerate our distribution to key audiences.
• Find new ways to tell SanityDesk customer stories in ways that go beyond traditional case studies.
• Participate in analysis of content performance and help to develop plans to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Develop editorial governance to ensure content is consistent with SanityDesk’s brand voice, style, and tone.
• Provide oversight and guidance related to creative decisions and adjacent communications, such as social media and public relations.
• Manage freelance writers, translators and others as-needed.
• Align with digital marketing for campaign optimization of messaging and distribution.
