Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior executive with a proven track record leading IT and information security risk in complex, global organisations
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, information security risk management, cybersecurity or related fields, including significant leadership experience
Deep expertise in IT and security risk frameworks, governance models, and regulatory standards
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Group functions, Market Units, Risk and Audit teams
Proficient in risk management tools, security technologies and data-driven reporting
Proactive, forward-thinking and resilient leader in fast-evolving risk environments.
