About the role
- Advising, selling and fitting assistive devices
- Administrative tasks such as entering orders
- Handling the cash register
- Communicating with customers and payers (e.g., health insurance providers) in person, by phone and by email
Requirements
- Completed training as a medical supply sales specialist (Sanitätsfachverkäufer) or relevant prior experience in medical supply retail
- Class B driver's license
- Motivation to learn and master industry-specific software
- Basic IT/computer skills
- Friendly, professional and customer-oriented attitude and approach
