About the role
- Responsibility for the smooth operation and oversight of our residential and commercial properties
- Leadership, deployment planning and development of the facilities team
- Coordination of all building- and technical-related services (cleaning, repairs, maintenance, winter services, etc.)
- Independent implementation and supervision of maintenance and renovation measures
