About the role
- Leading and implementing strategic projects such as the introduction of a CRM system and e-prescription processes
- Analyzing and further developing our product portfolio in close coordination with Sales and Marketing
- Developing control tools, reporting, and KPI analyses to optimize sales performance
- Collaboration with Quality Management: ensuring the safety and compliance of the medical devices used
- Selecting and negotiating with suppliers in close coordination with Sales and Marketing
- Establishing and maintaining efficient data management to support Sales and Marketing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in at least one of the areas listed above; ideally in medical technology, rehabilitation technology and/or medical homecare
- Strong communication skills and a confident, assertive presence
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong affinity for sales
