About the role

  • - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our UCaaS and SwitchVox solutions.
  • - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to successfully launch new products and features.
  • - Create and maintain detailed product requirements and specifications based on input from stakeholders.
  • - Act as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide training and support to sales teams.
  • - Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • - Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • **Your Background**
  • - Minimum of five years of related product management experience, preferably in UCaaS or telecommunications sectors.
  • - Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, particularly VoIP and unified communications.
  • - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products.
  • - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.
  • - Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
