Key responsibilities & impact

Headhunt and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach
Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit
Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
Advise and influence candidates on career decisions
Partner internally with the business development side of the desk

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Recruiters 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
Strong outbound sourcing skills
Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates
Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
High-Potential, Entry-Level Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
Competitive, driven, and resilient
Interest in a career in recruiting or sales
Candidates must have a 4-year college degree
