About the role
- Headhunt and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit
- Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
- Advise and influence candidates on career decisions
- Partner internally with the business development side of the desk
Requirements
- Experienced Recruiters 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Strong outbound sourcing skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates
- Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
- High-Potential, Entry-Level Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
- Competitive, driven, and resilient
- Interest in a career in recruiting or sales
- Candidates must have a 4-year college degree
