  • Headhunt and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates

Requirements

  • Experienced Recruiters 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates
  • Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
  • High-Potential, Entry-Level Candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
  • Competitive, driven, and resilient
  • Interest in a career in recruiting or sales
  • Candidates must have a 4-year college degree
