About the role
- Drive new business through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines.
- Use your sales acumen to position roles as career-defining moves for top talent and close the deal.
- Identify and develop strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates; stay ahead of market trends.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor through every step of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work with dedicated sourcing and admin support to streamline operations and maximize BD activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the construction, roofing (commercial or residential) or recruiting industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – excited about the unlimited commission potential.
- Proven comfort with high outbound activity (60–100+ daily calls).
- Goal-oriented, thrives in a performance-based culture.
- Successful remote work experience & ideally located in Central Time Zone
