About the role

  • Working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health, and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug screening processes and monitor pre-employment documentation/applications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel when necessary
  • Conduct primary source verification of license, registration, and certification requirements
  • Partner with pre-boarding vendors for background screening and I-9 management

Requirements

  • Associate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferred
  • Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
