About the role
- Working with talent acquisition representatives, talent advisors, employee health, and candidates to ensure all required new hire pre-boarding activities are completed
- Coordinate pre-employment drug screening processes and monitor pre-employment documentation/applications
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel when necessary
- Conduct primary source verification of license, registration, and certification requirements
- Partner with pre-boarding vendors for background screening and I-9 management
Requirements
- Associate degree required or equivalent combination post-secondary education and relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or related experience preferred
- Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or ability to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
