About the role
- Provide daily virtual support to school district partners using SHP programs and services.
- Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for partner inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for new partners in collaboration with the Implementation Team.
- Maintain and update knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation for easy partner access.
- Track partner engagement, concerns, and implementation progress, including key milestones.
- Collect, enter, and manage partner success metrics and records within CRM or tracking systems.
- Assist with communication and logistics related to SHP program implementation.
- Support Account Management and other cross-functional teams with administrative or operational tasks.
- Stay informed about SHP offerings to provide accurate information and support.
- Use basic data literacy skills and perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with positive energy, a sense of resourcefulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently
- Quick learner with demonstrated ability to use various types of technology, knowledge of Salesforce and presentation platforms a plus
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and report in through a remote, de-centralized staffing structure; previous experience working remotely highly desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of how role and work fits into an organization and its mission.
