Architect

• Under the direction of the Innovation AVP, manages and directs Adult Programs support and activities across the country to ensure sustainability of Sandy Hook Promise programs
• Directs, coaches, and develops managers to deliver against adult program goals, including the planning, execution, logistics and follow up of leadership trainings, Promise Leaders program development, and all other Adult Programs-related activities
• Create high-level outlines for adult learning programs aligned with our theory of change
• Develop model modules that demonstrate inclusive, clear, and trauma-sensitive instructional design
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure production quality and alignment to vision
• Incorporate lived experience, community feedback, and adult learning best practices into design
• Collaborate with Implementation and Partner Success Teams to pilot programs and assess field impact and improve training effectiveness
• Participates in the development of REDI practices so that they are woven throughout Adult Programs, including leading conversations focused on participant identity (race, gender, sexuality, geography, etc.)

• This position requires travel for strategic partner meetings and Adult Programs activities, and the ability to work from a “mobile office”. 30% travel with frequent overnights is expected and required.

Director, Adult Programs – Learning Architect

Security Analyst

• Lead Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance: Develop and execute a comprehensive security roadmap aligned with Zero-Trust principles, organizational goals, and regulatory frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Risk Management & Compliance: Maintain the enterprise risk register, conduct periodic risk assessments, and oversee remediation of identified vulnerabilities to strengthen resilience.
• Cloud & SaaS Security Oversight: Harden and manage Microsoft 365 tenant security (MFA, conditional access, DLP, encryption, data residency) and perform ongoing security reviews of third-party SaaS vendors and integrations (e.g., Salesforce).
• Endpoint & Remote Workforce Protection: Ensure secure device configurations, patch management, and endpoint compliance across a fully remote workforce.

Account Manager

Manager, National Leadership Development supports day-to-day operations of National Youth and Teen Development Strategy

• Lead the onboarding process for new and prospective self-led partners receiving virtual support by clearly communicating program offerings, aligning implementation plans to district or school goals, and ensuring all required documents, trainings, and systems access are completed
