Accounting Manager

• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring the Finance team consistently meets established deadlines.
• Maintain appropriate cross-training, backups, and redundancies for all Finance department functions to ensure business continuity.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals, fostering growth and accountability.

Director, Accounting

Operations

• Provide Tier 1/2 support via an ITSM platform (e.g., FreshService, Jira, Zendesk)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software/SaaS, and account/access issues
• Deliver remote support using standard troubleshooting tools
• Triage tickets by urgency and business impact
• Maintain SLA compliance and clear user communication
• Provision accounts, licenses, and access for new hires
• Configure and prepare devices
• Complete offboarding: deactivate accounts, remove access, coordinate device return
• Manage Exchange/mailboxes, license assignments, and authentication issues
• Maintain security groups, distribution lists, and dynamic groups

Associate Manager, Service Desk and Operations

Director

• Support the execution and expansion of direct response fundraising initiatives, including peer-to-peer fundraising, creator campaigns, workplace giving, corporate matching gifts, and federated campaigns, and emerging digital revenue opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of grassroots fundraising programs, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing optimization of staff- and agency-led campaigns and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, testing schedules, and cross-functional workflows to support digital and direct response fundraising objectives.
• Manage and support the Associate Director of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising to ensure alignment between supporter-driven fundraising efforts and broader grassroots fundraising activities.
• Monitor, analyze and report on fundraising performance across channels, including donor acquisition, revenue, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives, revenue diversification, pilots, and fundraising strategies developed in consultation with SHP and agency leaders.

Director, Grassroots Fundraising

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for program implementation
• Manage a portfolio of mid- to large-population K-12 partners in the region (US West, Central, or East)
• Manage a prescribed cadence of implementation and ongoing account management and cross-sales activities for partners in assigned portfolio
• Work closely with Business Development and Implementation teams to steward partners through the contracting and implementation processes
• Develop knowledge of full suite of SHP offerings
• Provide first-tier support for partners using SHP products and services
• Ensure school districts onboard SHP programs with fidelity, manage district partnerships and serve as the implementation relationship owner for SHP partners
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics at regular intervals; document these metrics and all significant customer interactions
• Adhere to established criteria for conducting partner success meetings tailored to specific market segments ensuring alignment with partner’s needs, goals, and objectives
• Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, trouble-shooting issues and offering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with district and school leaders to support partners in achieving key performance indicators aimed at improving student well-being and safety
• Monitor regional trends impacting gun violence prevention practices
• Work in collaboration with Business Development team and Implementation team to take a partner-centric approach to ongoing support and coordinate training
• Support and inform district leaders about Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) Promise Club implementation across their district.
• Work with grants team and finance team to ensure grant compliance and monitor and track progress according to grant policies and procedures
