About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hybrid cloud services
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs, value, and strategic direction
- Govern service delivery partners, ensuring quality, scope, service levels, and lifecycle commitments are met
- Lead AI and automation initiatives across provisioning, patching, backup, and billing processes
- Drive service governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Support unified infrastructure management across cloud and on-premises environments
- Own the hybrid cloud service area budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial accountability for partner spend
- Act as Service Owner and ensure services evolve with business and stakeholder needs
- Lead the team through influence and clear direction while formal people management sits with the Competence Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience from product ownership, product management, or a similar role within IT service delivery
- Experience owning or managing infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or managed services in an enterprise IT environment
- Experience prioritizing backlogs and governing delivery based on business context and stakeholder needs
- Strong vendor and partner management skills, including accountability for quality, scope, and delivery outcomes
- Understanding of service lifecycle management, service catalogues, governance, and financial responsibility
- Commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate value, manage costs, and hold partners accountable to commercial outcomes
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with agile product practices, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc, AIOps, or cloud financial governance is a plus
