Key responsibilities & impact
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and/or electrical aspects of underground mechanical cutting equipment
  • New equipment commissioning and training at customer sites with minimal supervision
  • Inspect equipment for proper performance and determine faults and malfunctions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or electrical fields or equivalent years of professional field/technical experience
  • Minimum of 7 years industry related experience
  • Technical experience with diesel, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret equipment schematics
