About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead LGMRT’s joint venture business with full P&L responsibility
  • Drive business, strategy, and model development
  • Build a robust and scalable operating model for equipment and aftermarket
  • Identify opportunities with suppliers and technology partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive leadership experience in mining and/or infrastructure equipment industry
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven track record in business growth, strategy, operating model, and process development
  • Degree in Engineering or Economics; additional qualifications are an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable working across Chinese and Western business cultures and in matrix organizations.
