About the role
- The Application Engineering Manager for MRP Solutions leads a team of Application Engineers and Project Engineers responsible for delivering high-quality implementation, support, and training services for Sigma NEST software solutions.
- This role ensures customer satisfaction through strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence.
- This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio with flexibility for remote work. We welcome applications from qualified candidates across the U.S. who are interested in working remotely.

- Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Project Oversight, Customer Engagement, Process Improvement, Cross-functional Collaboration, Performance Monitoring.
- The role may involve travel to client sites up to 25% depending on project needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing technical teams, preferably in software implementation or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and business process flows (sales, purchasing, production, administration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports).
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and communication to key stakeholders both within SigmaNEST as well as the customer.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM products.
- Experience with internal training and pre-sales support.
- Travel to client sites, estimated at up to 25%, with variability based on project needs.
