About the role

  • Responsible for increasing operational efficiency by eliminating risks such as fraud and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implementing and validating controls within all processes within Sandvik and following the internal control framework.
  • Work with affected stakeholders to implement proper controls to mitigate the risk identified.
  • Articulate the risks clearly so individuals of non-financial background can understand them.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (or relevant work experience) is essential.
  • Proficiency using Power BI tools (or similar), including the relevant syntax would be highly desirable.
  • Previous experience dealing with, or performing the function of an auditor would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and/or French would also be highly regarded but not necessary.
