Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct leadership and leading through influence
Ability to operate and deliver in complex, matrixed organizations
Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
Willingness to travel regionally (~30–50%)
