About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the regional Innovation Hub strategy
- Translate global direction into a scalable operating model
- Coordinate Innovation Hub and project engineering activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong internal and external partnerships
- Optimize resource utilization across regional and global teams
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions
- Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments
- Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct leadership and leading through influence
- Ability to operate and deliver in complex, matrixed organizations
- Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- Willingness to travel regionally (~30–50%)
