About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle for a diverse, performance‑oriented organization
- Operate across people process execution, manager coaching, employee relations, and data‑enabled HR
- Support leaders as they navigate growth, change, and capability building
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to people leaders, providing day‑to‑day guidance and support
- Coach managers across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance discussions, development planning, and transitions
- Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and well‑reasoned people decisions
- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
- Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and data management
- Maintain accurate, high‑quality employee data across HR systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Experience partnering directly with managers and executing HR processes end to end
- Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and talent practices
- Experience maintaining HR data quality and supporting standard reporting; Power BI experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel up to 10–20%
