About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle for a diverse, performance‑oriented organization
  • Operate across people process execution, manager coaching, employee relations, and data‑enabled HR
  • Support leaders as they navigate growth, change, and capability building
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to people leaders, providing day‑to‑day guidance and support
  • Coach managers across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance discussions, development planning, and transitions
  • Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and well‑reasoned people decisions
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns with professionalism and care
  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and data management
  • Maintain accurate, high‑quality employee data across HR systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
  • Experience partnering directly with managers and executing HR processes end to end
  • Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and talent practices
  • Experience maintaining HR data quality and supporting standard reporting; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel up to 10–20%
