About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage and standardize the Parts & Services proposal process across regions
- coordinate end-to-end P&S proposal development (parts, components, rebuilds, services, and complex bundles)
- support complex bids, national accounts, and strategic tenders
- ensure pricing accuracy, margin compliance, and approval workflows are properly followed
- validate discount application, pricing logic, and commercial terms in coordination with Sales Support, Finance, and Pricing
- maintain and continuously improve standard proposal templates, commercial documentation, and quotation formats
- drive improvements in proposal turnaround time, submission quality and risk assessment
- administer, track, and follow up on all P&S proposals in CRM (Salesforce)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in proposal coordination, sales operations, commercial support, or a similar role
- experience supporting quotations, proposals, pricing, or bids in an industrial, mining, or B2B environment
- strong attention to detail and document accuracy
- ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, and/or Power BI)
