About the role

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly phone check-ins and biannual onsite visits with active customers.
  • Provide consultative sales support to promote add-on software sales and customer success.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales on product demonstrations, benchmarks, and customer site visits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, renewal, and long-term value through proactive engagement and support.
  • Represent SigmaNEST at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Cultivate referenceable customers and share success stories to support broader sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, online demos, and proprietary software tools.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% within the assigned territory.
  • Experience selling to manufacturers or fabricators. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with SigmaNEST, SolidWorks, or other CAD/CAM software. (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
