About the role
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance
- Work closely with the sales organization to develop and design custom metalworking solutions
- Deliver optimized solutions tailored to customers’ specific requirements
- Participate in product development to assess feasibility and compatibility with existing manufacturing capabilities
- Communicate to lead the development and design of new products
- Prepare product data to ensure a smooth transition from design to production
- Model new designs using CAD systems and create accurate and detailed technical drawings and 3D models
- Define functional requirements for new products and test individual components into final solutions
- Ensure all necessary technical documentation is prepared and delivered while maintaining compliance with established safety and design standards
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, ideally with a focus on cutting tools or a related field
- At least three years of experience in a similar technical role
- Skilled at managing both internal and external customer relationships
- Hands-on experience with modern CAD systems
- Additional knowledge of CAM or CAE tools is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English
