About the role
- Drive equipment sales growth within the mining and construction industries through strategic account development
- Coach, train, and develop Account Managers and Distributors to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Conduct on-site plant audits to assess equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements
- Provide technical expertise on crushing and screening applications, including equipment selection and process optimization
- Develop and execute annual strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue
- Evaluate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure seamless integration of new equipment
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
- Promote Sandvik’s safety culture, ensuring all activities align with regulatory and company standards
- Deliver reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and team development to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of sales or engineering experience within mining, aggregates, or construction equipment
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and technical solution selling
- Strong knowledge of crushing, screening, and material handling systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
