About the role
- Lead the global Newtrax organization and drive operational and strategic transformation.
- Carry full line management responsibility for the Newtrax organization.
- Overall accountability for operations, transformation execution, and organizational development with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
- Shape the future of Newtrax, including its offering, business model, and operating structure.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with digital mining technologies close to customers.
- Strong knowledge of collision avoidance and telemetry systems in mining applications.
- Demonstrated success leading complex customer projects across both front-line and delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of sales, technology solutions deployment, quality, and systems engineering in an industrial setting.
- Excellent contractual and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive strategic, cross-divisional initiatives.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally.
