About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the functionality and further development of the IT infrastructure in the local production environment (e.g., servers, storage, backup, networks, client IT systems, IT security)
- Define requirements, select and implement new systems and IT components
- Lead (sub)projects and contribute to cross-functional projects within the group IT and in cooperation with external service providers
- Support and assist employees with system changes and new rollouts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed vocational training in IT with relevant professional experience, or a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
- Confident in working with Windows, VMware, network and IT security technologies
- Independent, goal-oriented and service-minded working style, with a willingness to think and act across teams
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
