About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations functions
- Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and document management systems
- Coordinate customer onboarding, compliance documentation, contracts, and tender submissions
- Support vendor and supplier management, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and procurement activities
- Manage office administration, travel arrangements, and supplier services
- Assist with financial administration, including invoice verification, payment tracking, and accounts receivable support
- Support governance, audit, risk, and compliance activities by maintaining documentation and tracking action items
- Act as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- A strong communicator
- Experience in administration, operations, business support, or coordination roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident handling documentation, reporting, compliance requirements, and financial administration
- Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, customer onboarding, compliance processes, governance activities, or tender administration will be advantageous
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
