About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead SAP Basis work, including installations, upgrades, patches, kernel updates, system copies, database administration, and OS-level coordination
  • Design and run SAP BTP services, covering integrations, extensions, connectivity, security, and platform lifecycle decisions
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and design solutions for identified gaps
  • Create specifications, test plans, and provide support for incidents and production issues
  • Act as a senior advisor and mentor, driving continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Academic background within IT
  • Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Basis
  • SAP RISE landscape maintenance experience
  • Proven capability in managing and maintaining SAP system operations
  • Experience working with hyperscale cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Solid, practical experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
