About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the Sales Area China business in the Aerospace industry
  • Reach sales targets and other objectives within the assigned group
  • Responsible for maintaining and reinforcing long-term client relationships with established clients
  • Draft and negotiate contracts together with relevant departments
  • Serve as a link between customers, possible intermediate parties, and company departments
  • Coordinate activities of all functions with customer contact to provide consistent service
  • Develop and execute the Comac Account Plan
  • Lead the market analysis work in China
  • Identify, initiate and implement projects aimed at growing our business
  • Liaise between the Chinese market and relevant industry segment business function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or economics or a related field
  • Experience from the Aerospace industry
  • Experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledge or relevant manufacturing processes / basic business administration
  • Proven track record in delivering very good business results
  • Project management knowledge and experience
  • Successful experience from negotiations of commercial terms and conditions with industrial customers
  • Knowledge and experience of managing external and internal customer relationships
  • Relevant application knowledge
