About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage cross-border activities and relationships with selected customers and business partners.
  • Generate profitable long-term sales growth, support strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer value.
  • Execute the Global Sales Development strategy across Sales Area Americas and selected accounts.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales plans, primarily within Aerospace and Defense.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and industry segment leaders and Cluster Managers to drive business development.
  • Identify and gain entry to new accounts, connecting with C-suite executives and nurturing relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, engage with external networks, and arrange top management visits and customer events.
  • Ensure high-quality data management in CRM systems and compliance with company policies.
  • Constantly improve knowledge of Sandvik Coromant’s offerings and pursue professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record in global sales and delivering business results.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and building rapport with industrial customers.
  • Background in Aerospace, Energy, Defense, or Automotive is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage business issues within a complex, global matrix organization.
  • Minimum B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant business or leadership training (SGL, TBA, IMP, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license for primary state of residence.
