- Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for global marketing, communication and brand agenda
- Lead a global, multidisciplinary organization of +70 people
- Translate business strategy into customer centric, data-driven and measurable outcomes
- Lead the digital transformation of go-to-market
- Manage media relations and reputation
- Balance a yearly communication plan with timely responses to organizational needs
- Contribute to overall Machining communications strategy and governance
Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in marketing, communication, brand and go-to-market leadership
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels
- Interest in technology and digital development
