About the role
- Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver the full Coromant product and service offering
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
- Maintain and optimize opportunities using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements
Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Background in medical, defense, and/or high volume automotive manufacturing a plus
- Proven success, or ability to succeed, in technical sales and/or customer facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
