- Owning and evolving Sandvik Coromant’s Product Development Process
- Developing project management capabilities
- Translating business needs into requirements and business cases
- Analyzing process performance and turning insights into actionable improvements
- Providing training and support for the organization
- Monitoring trends and identifying risks and opportunities
- Representing Sandvik Coromant in external forums and acting as a central contact for audits
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior roles
- Background in leadership (preferably within PMO, project management, or operational line roles)
- Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate without formal authority
- Skilled in project management systems (such as Antura)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Excellent communication skills
