About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all interactions with third party organizations through account plans, targets and projects.
  • Ensure a systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of supplier assets.
  • Lead a cross-functional Supplier Relationship Team (SRT).
  • Organize business review meetings to discuss joint opportunities and strategies.
  • Lead major projects to improve supplier performance and manage performance of the suppliers and SRTs.
  • Write 3 -5 year strategic plans for accounts.
  • Report technical complaints related to Sandoz products within 24 hours.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • +10 years' experience in production and supply management.
  • Pharma experience.
  • Project management skills for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of TQM and related industry GxP standards and processes.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
