About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all interactions with third party organizations through account plans, targets and projects.
- Ensure a systematic, enterprise-wide assessment of supplier assets.
- Lead a cross-functional Supplier Relationship Team (SRT).
- Organize business review meetings to discuss joint opportunities and strategies.
- Lead major projects to improve supplier performance and manage performance of the suppliers and SRTs.
- Write 3 -5 year strategic plans for accounts.
- Report technical complaints related to Sandoz products within 24 hours.
Requirements
What you’ll need- +10 years' experience in production and supply management.
- Pharma experience.
- Project management skills for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of TQM and related industry GxP standards and processes.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
