About the role
- Ensures accuracy of planning and forecasting data between Procurement spend and financial reporting
- Drives Projects and benchmarking to increase productivity for Sandoz
- Supports contract evaluation and financial analysis for vendor negotiations
- Partners with Procurement category managers to deliver incremental Free Cash Flow
- Ensures rigorous financial processes, strong internal controls, and compliance with audit requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
- Desirable: CPA, MBA or a professional qualification
- Fluent English
- Extensive Finance and Strategy Experience
- 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
- Experience in Finance of Operations, knowledge of product costing
- Experience in Procurement finance is a plus
- Ability to engage with business partners
- Influence and reach alignment across the organization
