About the role
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive and manage projects that shape the future of Procurement, including transformation programs and capability-building efforts.
- Procurement Academy 2.0: Design and implement a global learning and development framework to upskill procurement teams, including defining competency models and supporting talent development and succession planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies within Procurement, including opportunities to unlock additional value through our supplier ecosystem.
- Risk Management & Resilience: Contribute to supplier risk assessments and contingency planning, and help design strategies for supply chain resilience.
- Influence & Change Management: Actively engage stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for leadership updates, workshops, and external communications.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles (preferably with exposure to procurement).
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
