About the role
- Drive an innovative learning technology strategy to improve performance and learning engagement for Corporate Accounts
- Manage the learning management system to create client portals, support onboarding, and provide internal and external support
- Assist in online course creation and product delivery for global clients
- Administer a learning management system (LMS)
- Collaborate with training and development professionals
- Perform regular administrative tasks including user support, troubleshooting, and system updates
- Management of courses and learning content
- Interface with the system vendor to resolve issues and deploy new features
- Create learning documentation and aids for users
- Conduct system and process training sessions for end-users and instructors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience with using technology to enhance learning
- Experience with Seertech or other multi language, ecommerce integrated platforms LMS
- Authorware
- Social learning tools
- Distance learning technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Zendesk and Hubspot or CRM experience helpful
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
