• Ensure clarity on the role and objectives of each channel and its key KPIs.
• Organize and maintain the editorial calendar with focus on journey, intent and quality.
• Bring structure and planning to content and social routines.
• Ensure alignment between creators, PR activities and the brand narrative.
• Support the development of briefs, themes, selection criteria and delivery tracking.
• Manage the operational relationship with agencies and external partners.
• Ensure high-quality briefings, follow-ups and material approvals.
• Provide clarity on scope, priorities and quality expectations.
• Support team development and collaboration.
