Sales Engineer

• As Senior AI Solutions Director, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of cutting-edge Enterprise AI solutions within our Energy (Oil & Gas) portfolio, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from conception to execution.
• This critical leadership role requires the orchestration of multi-disciplinary teams, including data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, product managers and designers to deliver high-quality results that meet client needs.
• You will manage timelines, resources, budgets, and project quality to ensure not only client satisfaction but also the creation of innovative, scalable solutions that position our company as a market leader in the energy sector.
• In addition to delivery, you will play a key role in supporting the Industry Managing Director (MD) by contributing to the growth of new and existing client accounts.
• You will help develop and pitch new, innovative AI propositions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope enterprise AI projects, and position the company for sustained growth through strategic upselling and business development.

Strategy

• Support the CEO and the CEO’s Office in ensuring his time, communications, and decision-making processes operate efficiently.
• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, clients, and senior leadership.
• Draft and refine strategic communications including board materials and executive correspondence.
• Conduct research and analysis on companies, investors, partners and emerging strategic opportunities.
• Support email management, including drafting responses to complex or high-stakes communications.
• Design systems to improve the efficiency of the CEO’s Office.

Strategic Projects Associate

Communications

• Edit and refine weekly CEO Updates for Sand and ALX
• Draft high-level internal emails and executive communications for the CEO
• Project manage stakeholder communications, defining roadmaps and year-round plans
• Write and edit impact reports, stakeholder reports and letters for the CEO
• Write and edit investor communications and strategic updates
• Ensure alignment of messaging across Sand, ALX and ALG
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality voice of the CEO across platforms
• Oversee social media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
• Edit executive posts and shape long-form thought leadership content
• Write and edit articles, speeches and keynote remarks
• Manage CEO speaking engagements in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
• Coordinate PR engagements, media interviews, quotes and book forewords
• Draft high-level external correspondence
• Lead executive communications for specialised events (eg Sand’s annual Evolve AI Summit)
