Junior National Account Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners, acting as the key day-to-day contact
- Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management, sales coordination, or junior buying roles
- Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in data analysis and reporting, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A passion for skincare and the beauty industry
