Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners, acting as the key day-to-day contact
Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders

What you’ll need

Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management, sales coordination, or junior buying roles
Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers)
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in data analysis and reporting, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
A passion for skincare and the beauty industry
