Demonstrate strong program and project management discipline with attention to detail, overseeing initiatives and directly managing projects when required to ensure delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of program or project management experience, with specific experience in enterprise transformation efforts.
Proven ability to deliver large, cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects with measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on experience leading SAP ERP implementations, particularly in finance, supply chain, or procurement strongly preferred.
Experience working within or supporting standardized SDLC and IT program/project management frameworks.
Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight, resource planning, and benefits realization.
Demonstrated success in aligning diverse stakeholders and managing complex cross-functional programs.
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and its business processes strongly preferred.
Experience applying project governance and risk management using recognized methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required.
Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred.
