Serve as the independent validator and provide final sign-off for high-risk customers and deliverables
Own and continuously improve validation standards, checklists, and acceptance criteria
Investigate data discrepancies, assess root cause, and determine severity and impact
Identify and escalate systemic or recurring issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions
Coach and mentor QA analysts to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across the team
Clearly communicate validation outcomes, risks, and release readiness to the Project Manager and stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in QA, data validation, and analytical problem-solving
Deep understanding of data models, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies
Proven experience validating large, complex, and high-volume datasets
Ability to make confident, independent decisions in ambiguous or high-risk scenarios
Strong risk assessment skills with sound judgment on severity, impact, and tradeoffs
Comfortable with SQL and data reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree is required
Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (Preferred)
Experience in cable, telecom or data reconciliation for large system/platform migrations (Preferred)
Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Preferred)
Clear, concise communicator capable of translating technical risks into business impact (Preferred)
