Validate source-to-target data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Execute standardized Good / Better / Best validation checklists
Identify data quality issues, discrepancies, and potential risks; escalate findings early
Correct data issues under SME guidance (no independent migration or transformation decisions)
Perform peer reviews of other analysts’ validation work to ensure quality and consistency
Document validation findings, exceptions, and resolutions clearly and thoroughly
Adhere to established validation processes, controls, and delivery timelines

Requirements

Minimum of 3-4 years professional experience in QA and QA validation
Strong data literacy with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working with enterprise-level or relational data environments
Proficiency with Excel
Ability to work effectively within structured, repeatable validation cycles
Clear written communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Proficiency with SQL (preferred)
Experience supporting data migrations, system implementations, or large-scale data initiatives (preferred)
Familiarity with data quality, governance, or audit-style validation frameworks (preferred)
