Own the integrated project plan and ensure cross-functional alignment to business goals.
Establish scalable, repeatable processes to manage high-volume equipment replacement activities.
Coordinate workflow across engineering, supply chain, and field operations teams including within Hubs and colocation facilities.
Lead project meetings, set expectations, and hold teams accountable for commitments.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and collaboration.
Provide clear, data-driven progress reporting and dashboards for executive visibility.
Identify risks and dependencies, establish escalation paths, and drive timely resolution.
Integrate governance, compliance, and quality assurance into all deliverables.
Requirements
Candidates must have strong practical experience in program and/or project management, which was gained through managing large, high volume and complex projects.
5+ years of program/project management experience using formal project management methodology.
Strong background in broadband, cable, phone, satellite, or wireless infrastructure projects.
Preference for direct experience with network infrastructure, port migrations, shelf/card installs and decommissions, wave service migrations, EPON or large-scale CPE replacement. (especially in any of the following areas Cable, Managed Services, RF, WiFi, Wireless, Mobile, Broadband, Video, Voice)
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex, high-volume environments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executives.
Solid knowledge of supply chain procedures, planning, and risk mitigation.
Hands-on proficiency with MS Planner/Project, Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to think analytically and process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives.
