About the role
- Lead utility planning across power (solar PV, battery storage), water (potable/non-potable, rainwater harvesting), geothermal systems, and energy distribution
- Coordinate across disciplines —MEP, civil, sustainability, architecture, and construction
- Direct civil infrastructure strategy including trenching, utility corridors, site lighting, and system integration
- Own budgets, timelines, and phasing for utility and civil scopes
- Serve as point of contact with utility providers, consultants, and permitting bodies
- Translate vision into systems that are cost-effective, sustainable, and scalable
Requirements
- A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years experience in utility and site infrastructure design
- Hands-on work with solar, geothermal, or rainwater systems
- Experience on large residential or mixed-use developments
- Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills
