About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active participation in financial due diligence and vendor assistance projects
  • Analysis of financial data, including identification and preparation of key financial findings and drivers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a focus on finance
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, preferably at a reputable audit firm or in corporate finance advisory
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis and business/management accounting concepts
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • High motivation, professional demeanor, and strong team and communication skills
