About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active participation in financial due diligence and vendor assistance projects
  • Analysis of financial data and identification and synthesis of key financial insights and drivers
  • Contribution to the preparation of FDD reports, financial factbooks and other transaction-related documents
  • Participation in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a finance focus
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services/financial due diligence, preferably at a reputable audit firm or corporate finance advisory
  • Experience in analyzing annual financial statements and understanding business/financial interrelationships
  • Very strong analytical skills and an excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent, structured and responsible work approach
  • High motivation, professional demeanor and strong team and communication skills
