Associate, Transaction Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active participation in financial due diligence and vendor assistance projects
- Analysis of financial data and identification and synthesis of key financial insights and drivers
- Contribution to the preparation of FDD reports, financial factbooks and other transaction-related documents
- Participation in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a finance focus
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services/financial due diligence, preferably at a reputable audit firm or corporate finance advisory
- Experience in analyzing annual financial statements and understanding business/financial interrelationships
- Very strong analytical skills and an excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent, structured and responsible work approach
- High motivation, professional demeanor and strong team and communication skills
