About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure monitoring and management of a portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients, guide the review and development of procedural briefs and legal documents in general, and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm's proprietary system;
Draft and execute high-complexity legal instruments (requiring in-depth analysis, autonomy, delivery capacity and agility), assessing risks, performing diagnostics and recommending the best legal alternatives to enable achievement of the firm's objectives;
Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate law, with emphasis on contracts, intellectual property and preventive (litigation-avoidance) measures, producing legal studies and opinions, interrelated legal analyses and doctrinal research for a variety of matters across the field of law.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration in the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); post-graduate degree or specialization in areas such as Business Law, Contract Law or Civil Law. Post-graduate studies in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus;
Minimum of 6 months' experience in general legal practice and debt recovery; proficiency in Civil, Contract, Corporate and Civil Procedure law, Labor Procedure and Labor Law, with demonstrated experience managing complex judicial, civil, labor and administrative cases;
Legal knowledge in Civil and Procedural law, legal research, drafting and preparing procedural pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills and professional ethics.
