About the role
- Grow your partner account base on proactive recruitment in targeted channels;
- Qualify opportunities gained through our partner network prior to transitioning to your regional sales team;
- Generate a partner-driven pipeline through proactive prospecting with partners’ customer-facing reps;
- Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to help build working relationships, which will result in an increase in our bookings, numbers, meetings and/or exceeding territory goals;
- Lead partner marketing efforts for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (lunch-n-learns, seminars, webinars, campaigns, trade shows) with partners;
- Provide clear and organized reporting on your active partners and target partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partner sales, customer success, direct sales or similar.
- Near-native in German and professional proficiency on English.
- Experience working within the Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Strong track record of building, enabling, and scaling partnerships with consultancies and digital agencies.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partners and the ability to replicate that success.
- Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in the Dubai office).
