About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process revenue and expense transactions in NetSuite software
Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliation
Prepare audit and special project schedules
Research finance technology innovations that create efficiencies in the functions of this role.
Management and payment of credit card, Amazon, and other vendor accounts
Maintain AP aging report
Provide prompt and courteous customer service and communication with all staff, volunteers, and vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience in accounts payable, general ledger accounting, payroll processing and/or other accounting-related position
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
Experience using NetSuite software preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative
